"Enlightened Past" - Светлое Прошлое (01.2008)

The "Enlightened Past" - Светлое Прошлое Award honors indviduals from the South Ural Region [Chelyabinsk Oblast] of Russia for their professional accomplishments and contributions to the region. Rustem grew up in the town of Zlatoust in this region. Most of the lauriats are nationally known, some internationally. Rustem was one of the youngest recipients and, though not quite in the same league as most of the others, certainly honored to be acknowledged.
